Andover, VT

Lying to the east of the AT and Weston, going through Andover on Weston-Andover Rd. would be a shortcut between Vermont 11 in Chester and the AT crossing at USFS Rd. #10 (Danby-Landgrove Rd.). A campground, with a private airport, are located in town.

Andover has relatively few services; however, a company that sells supplies for hot air balloons is located there.

Did you know? Between 1790 and 1800, Andover’s population jumped from 27 to 1,016 – a 3,663% increase in ten years. The town has never had so many residents since.
