Livermore, NH

Livermore: An unincorporated town with zero population, two roads pass through Livermore. Tripoli Road is an exit off I-93 in Woodstock which leads to Waterville Valley. More prominently, the Kancamagus Highway (NH Rte. 112) passes through Livermore from Kancamagus Pass to Sawyer Falls Picnic Area.

There are several U.S. Forest Service primitive campsites on Tripoli Road. Furthermore, we’ve counted at least 12 trails in the town with many of them having trailheads on Kancamagus Highway, Tripoli Rd. or Sawyer River Rd.

Did you know? In 1900, there were 191 people living in Livermore, but by 1949 the last resident had left town.
