Ludlow, VT


Ludlow: A large town to the east of the AT, Ludlow is the last major town someone will go through before approaching the VT Rte. 103 crossing.

Ludlow is home to Okemo Mountain Resort which means it has a number of outfitters, motels, inn and eating establishments. The ski area is home to both winter and summer activities and hosts a number of events throughout the year as well. Ludlow has the largest downtown east of the AT between North Adams, Mass. and Woodstock, Vermont.
